2006 (Kansas City): Appeared in four games, including starts at the Orlando Predators on February 3 and at the Austin Wranglers on March 18...One of eight players to hold the single-game franchise record for sacks with one.
2005 (Chicago): Started season with Chicago Rush...totaled 1.5 tackles, one solo...Moved to New York Dragons and appeared in 8 games...totaled 6.5 tackles, 4 solo, one forced fumble, one blocked kick.
2004 (Dallas): Appeared in 7 games for Dallas Desperados...totaled 11 tackles, 9 solo, and one sack.
2003 (Dallas): Appeared in 12 games including one playoff game for Dallas Desperados...11.5 total tackles, 10 solo, 2 sacks, one fumble recovery, one interception.
2002 (Dallas): Appeared in 13 games including 2 playoff games for Dallas Desperados...Totaled 10.5 tackles including 9 solo, 3 sacks, 2 passes defended and one forced fumble.

Other Professional Experience: Pegues won the 2001 XFL championship as a member of the Los Angeles Extreme...In April 1999, signed as an undrafted free agent with the Cincinnati Bengals and spent the 1999 season on the team's practice squad. Attended training camp with the Bengals in 2000, but was released prior to the start of the regular season.
College: Pegues started for three seasons at defensive tackle for the University of Miami before transferring to Illinois State for his senior season...As a Redbird, Pegues was named to the 1998 Burger King I-AA Coaches All-America team and selected to play in the 1999 East West Shrine Game after a season in which he recorded 56 tackles and three sacks, and helped lead the Redbirds to their first-ever appearance in the I-AA playoffs.
